Event/Ride Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Cancellation by Participant
Cancellations are allowed only on or before the specified cancellation deadline for any pre-booked event, ride, or package that includes accommodation.
The cancellation deadline date or last date of booking will be provided during booking information or event information also announce in booking announcement or during booking confirmed in your booking receipt or invoice if applicable.
Any bookings made after the cancellation deadline are non-cancellable. No refunds will be processed after this date.
After the cancellation deadline, no cancellation will be permitted. However, booking transfers are allowed:
You may transfer your booking to another individual.
Transfer requests must be submitted in writing at least 48 hours before the event or ride.
You must provide the full name and contact details of the replacement participant.
2. Refund Policy for Participant Cancellations
Before the cancellation deadline:
A refund will be issued minus any applicable processing or service fees.
After the cancellation deadline:
No refund will be issued under any circumstances.
3. Cancellation by Event Organizer
The event organizer reserves all rights to cancel, postpone, or reschedule any event or ride.
In the event of a cancellation by the event organizer, a full refund will be issued to all affected participants.
The organizer is liable to process refunds within a reasonable timeframe for any cancellations initiated by them.
If the event is rescheduled, participants may choose to attend the new date or request a refund.
4. No-Show Policy
No refund or credit will be given for failure to attend event or ride.
5. Force Majeure
If the event is canceled due to circumstances beyond the organizer’s control (e.g., natural disaster, government regulation, safety concerns), participants will be offered either:
A full refund, or The option to transfer the booking to a rescheduled date or future event.
