Terms and Conditions

•  Introduction :

Welcome to Ahmedabad Bikers Community, registered under Ahmedabad    

               Bikers Foundation. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website 

               and services, including purchasing and renting riding accessories and gear. By 

               accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by     

               these terms.  

           1.1 User Eligibility & Legal Documentation Requirement : 

• There is no age restriction for purchasing or renting riding gear.  
• However, for renting gear, submitting a valid legal document is mandatory Acceptable documents include:  

              Aadhar Card 

              Driver’s License  

              Passport  

              Voter ID  

              Any Government-Issued Photo ID  

• Users must provide accurate and verifiable information. Fake or altered documents will result in immediate cancellation of the rental order.  

           1.2 Product & Service Terms :

•  We sell  riding accessories, including helmets, jackets, gloves, and bike gear.  
•  We also provide riding gear on rent, and NO security deposit is required.  
• The rented riding gear must be returned in the same condition as received.  
• In case of damage, loss, or theft, the customer is liable to:  

              - Pay the full value of the product as per the current market price.  

              - Provide a replacement of the same brand and model with an original bill 

                 and warranty.  

             - If the exact model is unavailable, an equivalent model of similar or higher 

                 value must be provided.  

           1.3 Pricing & Payments :

• Prices are in INR (Indian Rupees) and include applicable taxes.  
• Payments are accepted via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets.  
• We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice.  

           1.4 Order Processing & Shipping :

• Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation.  
• Delivery time depends on the location and chosen shipping method.  
• We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or unforeseen events.  

           1.5 Rental Terms :

• A valid legal document must be submitted before renting any gear.  
• Rented items must be returned on or before the due date.  
• Late returns will incur additional daily charges.  
• If a rented item is damaged or lost, the customer is liable as per the conditions mentioned in Section 1.2.  

          1.6 Liability & Warranty :  

• We are not liable for any injury, accident, or damage caused by the use of our products.  
• Customers are responsible for using riding gear properly and following all safety guidelines.  

           1.7 Amendments to Terms :

• We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website implies acceptance of modified terms.
